By accessing and booking services with TideWash, located at Overhead bridge, Singapore, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services including Express Car Wash, Premium Detailing, and Interior Cleaning are provided subject to your compliance with these terms.
2. Service Appointments
Appointments can be booked via our website. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. TideWash reserves the right to adjust workshop schedules due to weather conditions or unforeseen technical maintenance at our Singapore facility.
3. Vehicle Condition & Liability
While TideWash takes the utmost care with every vehicle, customers are responsible for ensuring that all windows are closed and antennas are retracted before service begins. TideWash is not liable for pre-existing damage, loose parts, or non-factory modifications that may be affected during the cleaning process.
4. Payment and Pricing
Pricing for services like Waxing, Polishing, and Rim Cleaning are clearly displayed in our pricing cards. All payments must be settled upon completion of the service. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods popular in Singapore.
5. Personal Belongings
Customers are advised to remove all personal valuables from the vehicle prior to Interior Cleaning. TideWash will not be held responsible for the loss of items left inside the car.
